Why I joined Pi Chi: I wanted to meet new people, and after meeting and spending time with the girls I knew that I'd be happy joining Pi Delta Chi. I like that they can have a good time but focus on community service and school first, which is another great reason. Im happy that I have sisters who can focus on others and not just themselves.
About Myself: I like to have fun, and am always ready to meet others. I love music which includes the bands 30stm, Third Eye Blind, along with hundreds of other artists. As long as im surrounded by friends and family im happy.

Why I Joined Pi Delta Chi: Sophomore year my roommates were discussing looking into a sorority and I wanted nothing to do with it. At the beginning of our junior year they began talking about it again when one of the sisters of Pi Delta Chi lived down the hall from us with some of our friends. They began telling me all about it and I started to become more interested. This sister took us to a few events to meet all of the other sisters. When I got there I realized that there were many familiar faces either from my freshman dorm, classes, or other activities around campus. Even those girls that I was not familiar with I was very comfortable talking with and immediately felt like I could see myself with this group of people. My roommates and I decided to pledge split class and I am so glad that I made the decision to join. I have so many everlasting memories with these girls and cannot imagine my life without them. We all are unique but fit together so well. They are the
nicest and most supportive group of girls I have ever met. Joining Pi Chi was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

About Myself: One of my favorite things to do is go the beach. I like to play all sports especially volleyball, basketball, tennis, my favorite is gymastics. The type of music I like is rap, hip hop, and r&b. My favorites are Eminem, Usher, Timbaland, and Ne-yo. I like change, not a day will go by without me changing something whether its in my room or in life. I'm a city girl at heart but im glad for the change in my life and coming to Oneonta. I like fast paced things such as rollercoasters, jet skiing, surfing, and running. I have one sister Jenn and 3 cats. I live in Glendale, Queens and I currently work at Citi Field.

These girls welcomed myself and my 3 other friends to join. They were extremely friendly and made me feel wanted. Why I joined Pi Chi: I had actually never even thought even thought about joining Greek Life, but my friend Emily was thinking about it so I went to a meeting with her. I met the girls of Pi Delta Chi and I loved them all instantly. Everyone was so nice and they answered any questions we had. I loved how welcoming they were and I wanted to be a part of it.

Last semester was the first semester I considered joining a sorority but I did nothing about it until this year. About Me: I am a big family girl, and hold down a full time job to help support my parents. My dad is a blind quadruplegic and my mother works three jobs just to keep up. I enjoy love my job and really enjoy finding the fun in the simple tasks that life brings. I love my cat more than anything, she really is my child. I am currently majoring in French and will be attending grad school at SUCO in their MST program (Masters in the Science of Teaching- Foreign Language). After I graduate with my masters in 2014 I will be off to conquer the world!

About Myself: I love volunteering and giving back to the community. I am a huge activist for many different causes and tend to get involved with a lot of different charitable organizations. I even plan on joining the Peace Corps after graduation then I plan on going to Grad school to get my Masters in teaching. I plan on travelling the world and making a difference in any way I can.
